Welcome to qua salon! We strive to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all our clients.
Cancellations:
To provide exceptional service to our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: For cancellations within 24 to 12 hours prior to your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services. For cancellations within 12 hours of an appointment, there will be a cancellation fee of 100% of scheduled services.
Deposit:
Any appointment greater than 2 hours will require a deposit of 50% of scheduled services.
Retail:
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, ALL SALES FINAL

Out of respect for others please silence your phones, videos and speakers calls. Please use ear buds.
